Affiliate Programme Terms

Last updated: 8 October 2026

These terms govern participation in the Agentric affiliate programme. They sit alongside our Terms of Use. By joining the programme you agree to them.

1. The programme

Approved affiliates earn commission on qualifying payments made by businesses they refer to Agentric via their unique referral link.

Commission: 35% of each subscription payment, recurring for the lifetime of the referred account while it stays a paying customer.

2. Tracking and attribution

Referrals are tracked by a 45-day cookie set when someone clicks your link and accepts marketing cookies. If they sign up within that window, the referral is credited to you. Visitors who decline marketing cookies are not tracked.

Attribution is first-touch: the earliest valid affiliate link clicked within the cookie window wins. A later link does not overwrite it.

We track clicks, signups and conversions in your dashboard. Tracking depends on the visitor's browser retaining our cookie — we can't honour referrals where cookies were cleared or blocked before signup, though we'll investigate reasonable claims.

3. Commission rules

Commissions accrue when a referred business's subscription payment clears (Stripe invoice paid).

Commissions sit in a 30-day pending period to cover refunds and chargebacks, then become payable.

Refunded or charged-back payments claw back the associated commission, including from already-paid amounts where necessary (set off against future payouts).

Upgrades, downgrades and plan changes adjust the commission base automatically — you earn 35% of whatever they actually pay.

4. Payouts

Minimum payout: £50 of approved (post-pending) commission.

Payouts are approved monthly and paid to the bank account you connect through Stripe Connect. You're responsible for your own taxes on affiliate income.

We may delay or refuse payout where we reasonably suspect fraud or terms breach, pending investigation.

5. Prohibited activity

No self-referrals — you cannot earn commission on accounts you own, control or have a financial interest in.

No brand bidding — no paid search or social ads targeting 'Agentric', 'agentric.agency' or misspellings.

No spam — no unsolicited bulk email, no purchased lists, no misleading claims about the product ('free forever', invented discounts, fake reviews).

No cookie stuffing, forced clicks, iframes, pop-unders or injected links.

No incentivised signups, fake businesses, or signups generated by bots or fraud.

No impersonation — your content must clearly be yours, not ours. You may not use our logo except as provided in approved assets.

6. Content standards

Honest reviews and comparisons are encouraged and welcome — you may say what you genuinely think, including negatives.

If you publish content about Agentric you must disclose your affiliate relationship where required by the CAP Code and ASA guidance.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate affiliate accounts for breach of these terms, suspicious traffic, or reputational risk — with notice and a chance to respond except in cases of fraud.

Terminated affiliates forfeit pending and unpaid commissions where termination is for breach.

Either side can end participation anytime; approved unpaid commissions under the threshold are forfeited on voluntary termination.

8. Liability and general

The programme is provided as-is. Our total liability under it is limited to commissions already approved and unpaid.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Questions: support@agentric.agency.
