Data Deletion & Subject Access Requests

Last updated: 8 October 2026

How to exercise your UK GDPR rights — access, correction, deletion, portability and objection.

1. If you have an Agentric account

Email privacy@agentric.agency from your account email with the subject 'DSAR' or 'Delete my data'.

We verify your identity (a confirmation email to your account address), then action the request within one month.

Deletion removes your account, memberships and personal data. Billing records required by law (invoices, VAT records) are retained as anonymised/accounting records.

2. If you spoke to a business's assistant

Your conversation data belongs to that business (they are the data controller). Contact them first — their contact details are on their landing page or website.

If you can't reach them or need our help, email privacy@agentric.agency telling us which business you contacted, roughly when, and your phone number/email so we can locate the record. We'll assist the business in honouring your request.

3. What happens on deletion

Conversation transcripts, recordings and contact records are deleted from live systems within 30 days and from backups at the next rotation (within 90 days).

Where the business must keep records (e.g. clinical or financial regulation), deletion may be limited to what's lawfully deletable — we'll explain if so.

4. No charge, no runaround

Requests are free. We respond within one month (extendable by two for complex requests, and we'll tell you why).

If you're unhappy with the outcome you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
