The third parties engaged by Sequel AI Ltd to process personal data while delivering Agentric. Each is bound by contractual data protection terms; we notify customers of changes by email.
Infrastructure
Vercel Inc. (USA) — application hosting and CDN. UK-US Data Bridge / SCCs.
Neon Inc. / Amazon Web Services (EU) — PostgreSQL database hosting, EU region where practical.
AI & voice
OpenAI / compatible LLM provider (USA) — conversation intelligence under zero-retention, no-training terms. Transient inference only.
Twilio / Plivo / Telnyx (USA/EU) — telephony transport, call recording storage at tenant direction, SMS notifications.
Payments & communications
Stripe Inc. (USA) — subscription billing, affiliate payouts.
Google LLC (USA) — Google Calendar availability and event creation, only where a tenant connects it.
Transactional email provider (SMTP) — notification and account emails.
Objections
To object to a new sub-processor, email privacy@agentric.agency within 14 days of notification. If the objection can't be resolved you may terminate for convenience.
